How Siya Studio LLC (“Siya Studio”) uses the information in its staff portal.

What we collect

When you join our staff portal we collect your name, email, mobile number, how you’d like to be paid, your availability and the roles you can work, and the hours and expenses you submit. We use it only to schedule shifts, communicate with you about your work, and pay you.

Text messages (SMS)

Siya Studio Shift Texts sends staff text messages about their work shifts: shift offers, reminders, date or time changes, cancellations and updates about shifts they’re booked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We don’t sell your information. The services that run our portal and deliver our messages (such as our email and texting providers) handle it only to provide those services to us.
