These terms cover the Siya Studio staff portal and Siya Studio Shift Texts, provided by Siya Studio LLC (“Siya Studio”).

SMS Terms

What you’ll receive

Siya Studio Shift Texts are text messages from Siya Studio to its event and studio staff about their work: shift offers, reminders, date or time changes, cancellations, and updates about shifts they’re booked for. Each text links to the shift in our staff portal.

Signing up

Shift texts are optional. Staff turn them on by ticking “Text me shift offers, reminders and changes” when they join our staff portal, or later from their profile in the portal. Signing up isn’t required to work with Siya Studio, and you can turn texts off at any time.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your shifts. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping texts and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or contact your Siya Studio admin.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
